Job summary

WW Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking B2B Sales Executive to join an international team, supporting AI-powered advertising solutions.

You will build a sales pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and upsell opportunities. Relocation support to Barcelona is provided, with a base salary of €30,000 plus a €5,175 on-target bonus and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

German language at C1 level is required.
English knowledge at least B2 is required.
Minimum 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing including SEO and online advertising.
Proven outbound sales, lead generation and prospecting experience.
CRM familiarity and ability to manage pipelines and databases.
Ability to communicate confidently with senior decision-makers (C-level).

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential B2B clients via cold calling, email outreach and inbound leads.
Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
Assess client needs and propose AI-powered advertising solutions.
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Achieve targets, revenue goals and activity KPIs.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and coordinate handovers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and upsell opportunities.
