WW Talents seeks a German-speaking Business Development Representative in Barcelona, offering relocation and an on-site role within an international AI advertising technology team. You will build client relationships, present AI-powered advertising solutions, and drive tech sales success.

The position requires German C1 and English B2 proficiency, 2–3 years in B2B sales, and strong digital marketing knowledge.

Qualifications

German: C1 proficiency.
English: B2 proficiency or higher.
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in B2B sales or similar.
Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, digital advertising).
Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and generating qualified leads.
Involvement in pre-sales processes and lead qualification.
Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

Reach out to potential B2B customers via outbound calls, emails, social selling, and inbound inquiries.
Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Assess business requirements and tailor AI-powered digital advertising solutions.
Own the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
Work toward sales targets and performance indicators.
Record interactions and progress in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and transition to customer success.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
