Job summary

WW Talents is hiring a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international AI advertising tech team in Barcelona. You will drive outbound and inbound sales, qualify leads, and engage senior stakeholders to close deals.

The role requires 2–3 years in B2B sales, German C1 and English B2, and a passion for digital marketing. Relocation support and a competitive compensation package are offered in a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• German: C1 proficiency.
• English: B2 proficiency.
• 2–3 years in B2B sales or similar.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC).
• Experience in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• CRM usage and sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential B2B customers via outbound calls, emails, social selling and inquiries.
• Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Assess business needs and introduce AI-powered digital advertising solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closure.
• Work toward personal sales targets and performance metrics.
• Update prospect records and CRM with interactions and progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success.
