Zusammenfassung

WW Talents is hiring a German-Speaking B2B Sales Executive to join an international team in Barcelona, supporting one of the world’s leading AI companies.

You will focus on acquiring new business through inbound and outbound sales, identify potential clients, and present AI-powered advertising solutions.

The role offers relocation support, a base salary of €30,000 with a €5,175 on-target bonus, private health insurance, and uncapped earning potential through performance.

Qualifikationen

German language at C1 level.
English at least B2.
2–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, PPC and online advertising.
Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation.
CRM familiarity and experience with sales pipelines.
Ability to engage with senior decision-makers.

Aufgaben

Identify and engage potential B2B clients via cold calling, email outreach and social selling.
Generate new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
Understand client needs and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals and KPIs.
Maintain CRM records in Salesforce.
Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and handover.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
