Job summary

WW Talents in Barcelona seeks a German-speaking Business Development Representative to engage with global B2B clients and introduce AI-powered digital advertising solutions. You will build a strong sales pipeline and manage the end-to-end process, from prospecting to closing deals, in a dynamic, international team.

The role offers relocation assistance and on-site work in Barcelona, with a base salary of €30,000 plus a €5,175 target bonus, private health insurance, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• German: C1 proficiency.
• English: B2 proficiency.
• 2–3 years in B2B sales or similar role.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, digital ads).
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential B2B customers via outbound calls, emails, social selling and inquiries.
• Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
• Assess business requirements and propose AI-powered digital advertising solutions.
• Take ownership of the full sales process from qualification to deal closure.
• Work toward individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Record and update prospect information and interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer success.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
