WW Talents is hiring in Barcelona for a German-Speaking Business Development Representative. This full-time role (39 hours/week, on-site) offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year, plus an uncapped target bonus of €5,175. Relocation support includes flight and accommodation.

Qualificações

• German language proficiency (C1) required.
• English language proficiency (B2 level or higher).
• 2–3 years of B2B sales or similar commercial roles.
• Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification.
• CRM and sales pipeline management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to potential B2B customers via outbound calls, emails, social selling, and inbound inquiries.
• Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Assess client needs and propose AI-powered digital advertising solutions.
• Own the sales process from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Record and update prospect data and interactions in the CRM.
