Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international team in Barcelona, supporting a leading global AI company. You will engage with business clients, present AI-powered advertising solutions, and drive growth in a dynamic tech sales environment.

The role requires German C1 and English B2, 2–3 years in B2B sales, and hands-on CRM experience. Relocation support is provided, with an on-site office in Barcelona’s tech district.

Qualifications

• German C1 proficiency and English B2 level or higher.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, digital advertising).
• Proven outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification experience.
• Experience with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential B2B customers through outbound calls, email campaigns, social selling, and inbound inquiries.
• Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
• Assess business requirements and introduce AI-powered digital advertising solutions.
• Own the full sales process from initial contact to negotiation and close.
• Meet individual sales targets and performance indicators.
• Record and update prospect information and interactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and transition to customer success.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
