Responsibilities

• Participate in transitioning activities from Germany to Poland (occasional travel).
• Assist and administer tasks across hiring, contracting, and work/income changes using case management systems, email or phone.
• Support and improve HR processes to ensure compliance and service quality.
• Own at least one competence area (e.g., termination, absences, hiring, compensation) and drive transition activities while documenting learnings.
