Job summary

• Advanced proficiency in Polish and a very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests to the highest standard — you’ll be their first and last point of contact with the hotel.
• Ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out.
• Handling day-to-day requests and answering guests’ questions with a smile.
• Taking and managing reservations.
• Actively promoting the Hilton Honors loyalty programme.
• Working closely with other hotel departments to create a well-coordinated and effective team.
