Job summary

Hilton Warsaw City Centre is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out and answer questions with a smile. Training will be provided to build a professional ambassador for our Hampton by Hilton brand.

You’ll collaborate with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations, promote Hilton Honors, and deliver memorable stays for every guest in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Polish and a very good command of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• A people-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility, availability and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience is welcome, but if you don’t have any — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests to the highest standard — you’ll be their first and last point of contact with the hotel
• Ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out
• Handling day-to-day requests and answering guests’ questions with a smile
• Taking and managing reservations
• Actively promoting the Hilton Honors loyalty programme — because every loyal guest is a success for us
• Working closely with other hotel departments to create a well-coordinated and effective team
