Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking iRobot Support Specialist to join the team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role delivers high-level technical assistance to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat while resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Relocation to Sofia is required, EU passport is mandatory, and candidates should be tech-savvy with excellent communication and a customer-first mindset. Training is fully paid, and a bonus scheme is available.

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert technical support for iRobot products to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to autonomous cleaning devices and smart home connectivity.
• Document customer interactions and technical cases accurately within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve persistent technical challenges.
• Represent the iRobot brand with the highest standards of service in every interaction.
