Qualifications

• Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with the international team.
• Experience in the Customer Support Services industry or similar client-facing role.
• EU passport is mandatory to enable onboarding in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking clients in the customer support services sector.
• Resolve complex inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Maintain detailed client documentation for accurate reporting and service excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancements and contribute to growing the Russian-speaking jobs portfolio in Bulgaria.
