Workplace & Contract

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria. Position: Full‑time.

Responsibilities

As a French Technical Support Advisor, you will work on simple or complex customer technical issues, assist customers by diagnosing problems through probing and investigating causes, and provide or recommend resolutions for technical and service issues. You will advise customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions, use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify defective products, and follow guidelines in issuing service calls or contacts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in French (both written and spoken) – C1 level
• Good command of English – B2 level
