Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is assisting a client in Sofia to fill a French Speaking Customer Support Agent role in Bulgaria. This is a relocation-supported position for a service-oriented professional aiming to advance in global customer support.

You will handle French-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, maintain records, and collaborate with international teams while meeting KPIs. Relocation, training, and a vibrant international environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive mindset toward career growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class assistance to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the internal database system
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery within the Customer Support Services sector
• Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate and efficient guidance
