Job summary

TOMRA Recycling is hiring a field service engineer to install, commission and maintain sensor-based sorting systems across Southern and Central Poland. You will travel to customer sites, train operators, and provide remote technical support from home between visits.

The role requires technical education in electrical engineering or related fields, fluency in Polish and English, driving licence B, and willingness to travel across Poland and parts of CE.

Qualifications

• Technical education in electrical engineering, automation or electronics.
• Previous experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning or installation.
• SEP E and D electrical qualifications would be an advantage.
• Fluent Polish and good English for technical communication.
• Good IT skills and PC awareness.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to build relationships.
• Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across Poland and CE regions.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites.
• Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance, diagnose and resolve faults.
• Train operators and maintenance teams.
• Provide customers with technical support and resolve issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted partner.
• Work from home between service visits and plan upcoming visits.
