Job summary
TOMRA Recycling is seeking a skilled field service engineer to install, commission, and maintain sorting equipment at customer sites across Southern and Central Poland. You will travel with a company car, provide remote technical support, and train customer staff.
The role requires electrical/electronic troubleshooting expertise, driving licence, and willingness to travel regularly within Poland and nearby regions. Home-based between customer visits and strong customer relations are key.
Qualifications
- Technical education in electrical engineering, automation, electronics or a related field.
- Experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning or installation of machinery.
- SEP E and D electrical qualifications would be an advantage.
- Fluent Polish and good English in a technical environment.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites.
- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and diagnose faults.
- Train operators and maintenance teams.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues for customers.
- Build strong customer relationships as a trusted partner.
- Work from home between service visits and plan upcoming visits.
