Job summary

TOMRA RECYCLING is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites across Southern and Central Poland. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, and train operators, while traveling regularly and working from home between visits.

You’ll build strong customer relationships as a trusted partner, supported by a fully equipped company car, travel allowances, and annual performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Technical education in electrical engineering, automation, electronics or related field.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning or installation is a plus.
• Fluent Polish and good English for technical communication.
• Good IT skills and basic PC/network understanding.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Poland and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites.
• Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance and diagnose faults.
• Train operators and maintenance teams.
• Provide customers with technical support and resolve issues.
