Job summary
TOMRA RECYCLING seeks a field service engineer to install, commission and maintain sorting equipment at customer sites across Southern and Central Poland, with occasional work in Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the Baltic states. You will train operators, provide remote support, and build strong customer relationships.
You will work from home between visits, receive a fully equipped company car, and enjoy a 7% annual bonus plus enhanced travel allowances.
Qualifications
- Polish fluency and good English for technical communication.
- Experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning or installation of machinery.
- SEP E and D electrical qualifications would be an advantage.
- Good IT skills, basic networking and PC configuration.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to build trusted relationships.
- Category B driving licence.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across Poland and CE Europe.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites.
- Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance, diagnose and resolve faults.
- Train operators and maintenance teams.
- Provide customers with technical support and help resolve issues.
- Build strong customer relationships and represent TOMRA as a trusted technical partner.
