Job summary

TOMRA is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Southern or Central Poland, ideally near Katowice, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź or Warsaw. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot and optimize advanced sorting systems, ensuring maximum uptime and customer satisfaction across Europe.

You will travel as needed, provide on-site training for customer staff and on-call support, and collaborate with Sales and Project Management to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent technical qualification with field service experience.
• 3-5 years of field service or similar experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.
• Fluent in Polish and good English.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize TOMRA sorting systems in Europe.
• Provide detailed field reports after installations or interventions.
• Report activities, costs and other reporting in a timely manner.
• Train customer maintenance staff on site and assist other Service Engineers.
• Provide on-call technical phone support and field response to issues.
• Support Sales and Project Management as needed.
• Ensure maximum performance of TOMRA Sorting systems in the field.
