Job summary

TOMRA Recycling is hiring a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair sorting systems across Poland. The role combines on-site work with home-based reporting and remote support between visits.

Travel across Southern and Central Poland is primary, with occasional work in other Polish regions and nearby countries. A company car, travel allowances and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Technical education in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning, or installation on customer sites.
• SEP E and D electrical qualifications would be an advantage.
• Fluent Polish and strong English for technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites.
• Carry out inspections, preventive maintenance, diagnose and resolve faults.
• Train operators and maintenance teams.
• Provide customers with technical support and resolve issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and represent TOMRA as a trusted technical partner.
