Job summary

TOMRA RECYCLING is hiring for a field service role across Poland. You will install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites, diagnose faults, and train operators while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The position includes home-based work between visits, a company car, travel across Southern and Central Poland, and a quarterly/annual bonus based on performance. Fluency in Polish and good English are required.

Qualifications

• Technical education in electrical engineering, automation, electronics or related field.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning or installation of machinery is advantageous.
• Fluent Polish and good English, enabling technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites.
• Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance, diagnose and resolve faults.
• Train operators and maintenance teams.
• Provide customers with technical support and help resolve issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and represent TOMRA as a trusted partner.
