Job summary
TOMRA RECYCLING invites an experienced field service engineer to install, commission and service sorting equipment across Southern and Central Poland. The role includes home-based work between visits, planning schedules, and delivering remote technical support from home.
You will travel to customer sites, provide training, and build strong relationships while enjoying a fully equipped company car, travel allowances, and a 7% annual bonus potential. Fluent Polish and English are required.
Qualifications
- Technical education in electrical engineering, automation, electronics or related field.
- Experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning or installation of machinery.
- Fluent Polish and good English; strong IT skills.
- Category B driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites.
- Carry out inspections, preventive maintenance and diagnose/resolve faults.
- Train operators and maintenance teams.
- Provide technical support and help resolve issues for customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and represent TOMRA as a trusted partner.
