Job summary

TOMRA RECYCLING is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission and maintain advanced sorting technologies across Southern and Central Poland, with remote work between site visits.

You will diagnose faults, train operators, and provide remote technical support while building strong customer relationships and traveling regularly to customer sites. A company car is provided along with a fuel card and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Technical education in electrical engineering, automation, electronics, or related field.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning or installation at a customer site.
• SEP E and D electrical qualifications would be an advantage.
• Fluent Polish and good English.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites.
• Carry out inspections, preventive maintenance, diagnose and resolve faults.
• Train operators and maintenance teams.
• Provide customers with technical support and resolve issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and represent TOMRA as a trusted partner.
