Zusammenfassung

TOMRA RECYCLING is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, commission, and maintain advanced sorting equipment across Southern and Central Poland, with travel across Central Europe as needed. The position combines on-site visits with substantial home-based work between service calls.

You will train operators, diagnose faults, and provide remote technical support while building trusted relationships with customers. A technical engineering background and fluent Polish/English are required.

Qualifikationen

• Technical education in electrical engineering, automation, electronics or related field.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, or installation of machinery is advantageous.
• SEP E and D electrical qualifications would be an advantage.
• Fluent Polish and good English for technical communication.
• Customer-focused approach with strong relationships.

Aufgaben

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites.
• Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance; diagnose and resolve faults.
• Train operators and maintenance teams.
• Provide customers with technical support and resolve issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and represent TOMRA as a trusted partner.
