Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own client engagements end-to-end, from qualification to delivery and value realization. You will act as the primary link between Sales, Delivery, Solutions, and client leadership to ensure successful execution and account growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT services, strong AI delivery experience, and a proven track record with large-scale engagements in the insurance domain, including P&L ownership and C-level engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on tech background.
• Proven AI delivery experience across SDLC and native-AI mindset.
• Full ownership of large engagements (40–50+ FTE, $5M+ value) including P&L.
• Direct client engagement with C-level stakeholders and RFP/RFI ownership.
• Insurance sector experience and knowledge of Solvency II, GDPR.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end — opportunity qualification through delivery execution and stabilization.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives; lead governance, expectations, escalations.
• Lead presales engagements and own RFP/RFI responses with Sales and Solution Architects.
• Oversee transition from deal to delivery; ensure SOWs, commercial agreements and plans.
• Manage and grow Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads; scale teams.
• Establish data-driven delivery governance with KPIs, reporting and risk management.
• Drive AI adoption to improve SDLC efficiency and competitive proposal narratives.
• Oversee architecture governance and alignment with client requirements and standards.
