You will connect Sales, Delivery, Solutions, and client leadership to turn commitments into high-quality execution and long-term partnerships. The role requires 8+ years in IT services with hands-on delivery, AI experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery.
• Hands-on technology background with AI in delivery is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engagement lifecycle from qualification to delivery and P&L outcomes.
• Build relationships with CTO/CIO and senior stakeholders; lead governance and escalations.
• Lead presales and respond to RFP/RFI with Sales and Solution Architects.
• Manage transition from deal to delivery; ensure SOWs and plans are aligned.
• Grow and mentor Delivery Managers and Tech Leads; scale teams.
• Establish data-driven governance with KPIs and risk control.
• Drive AI adoption to improve SDLC and strengthen proposals.
• Oversee architecture governance aligned with client requirements.
