Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own client engagements end-to-end, spanning opportunities through delivery and value realization. You will connect Sales, Client Partners, Delivery, Solutions, and client leadership to translate commitments into high-quality execution and long-term growth.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled delivery improvements across complex client environments and requires deep insurance sector knowledge with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on tech background.
• Proven AI delivery experience and native-AI mindset to strengthen proposals.
• Full ownership of mid-to-large scale engagements (40–50+ FTE, $5M+).
• Strong client engagement and executive relationship skills (C-level/VP).
• Experience with SOWs, MSAs, fixed-price or outcome-based models.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ minimum, C1+ preferred).
• Ability to lead presales, RFP/RFI responses, and delivery governance.
• Insurance industry knowledge and regulatory familiarity (Solvency II, GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end, including P&L accountability.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Lead presales engagements and own RFP/RFI responses with solutions architects.
• Oversee deal-to-delivery transitions with aligned SOWs and delivery plans.
• Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads.
• Establish data-driven delivery governance with KPIs and escalation paths.
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC efficiency.
• Oversee architecture governance ensuring quality and alignment with client needs.
