Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own client engagements from qualification to delivery and value realization.

You will connect Sales, Delivery, Solutions and client leadership to convert commitments into execution, partnerships and growth. The role combines executive engagement, hands-on governance and technology fluency to shape large-scale programs and drive AI-enabled delivery improvements.

Qualifications

8+ years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery.
Hands-on technology background (software eng., solution architecture, or tech consulting).
Experience delivering AI-based solutions or driving AI adoption in the SDLC.
Full ownership of mid-to large-scale engagements (40–50+ FTE, $5M+ contract value).
Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).

Responsibilities

Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end — from opportunity qualification to delivery execution and stabilization.
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders; lead governance and escalations.
Lead presales engagements and own RFP/RFI responses with Sales and Solution Architects.
Lead the deal-to-delivery transition with aligned SOWs, commercial agreements and plans.
Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads.
Establish data-driven delivery governance (KPIs, reporting, escalation paths) and manage scope and variation.
Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC efficiency and competitiveness in proposals.
Oversee architecture governance and ensure solutions meet client requirements and quality standards.
