Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Contract Negotiator to support European Contract Services by delivering high-quality contractual, transactional, and risk advisory services.

You will lead end-to-end vendor contracting to ensure compliance with European and local laws, regulations, and internal policies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of procurement contract experience in a corporate environment.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1+).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a wide range of contractual instruments.
• Mitigate risk by ensuring regulatory, compliance, and internal policy alignment.
• Partner with Legal on complex regulatory matters related to vendors.
• Advise stakeholders on risk management strategies and options.
• Analyze contractual scenarios and document consolidation initiatives.
• Manage multiple contracts and negotiations with aggressive timelines.
