Job summary

Civitta, an international management consulting firm with 750+ colleagues across 20+ countries, invites you to join us in Warsaw as Senior Tender Manager. You will lead end-to-end EU tender applications, ensure 100% technical and administrative compliance, and manage framework contracts and international consortia.

The role requires a 7+ year track record in EU tenders, fluent English, and strong coordination across cross-border teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in tender management with a proven EU-funded tenders track record.
• Deep understanding of PRAG guidelines and EU Financial Regulation.
• Ability to manage end-to-end EU tenders and coordinate international consortia.
• Fluency in English, strong leadership, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end preparation of complex EU tender applications with 100% compliance.
• Manage frameworks and call-offs; coordinate internal and external experts.
• Monitor tender publications and maintain subscriptions to submission platforms.
• Prepare and update statuses of tender submissions in databases/dashboards.
• Conduct market research to identify potential tenders and consortium partners.
• Ensure confidentiality of all tender-related information.
