Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in silicon design, electronics manufacturing, or related discipline.
• Experience in government contract negotiation and management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex documentation.

Responsibilities

• Represent Cadence with the EU Commission and member states.
• Engage with partners and institutions to develop opportunity pipelines.
• Contribute to negotiations and guide teams on commercial considerations.
