Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring for Banking Operational and Risk roles. The role involves screening candidates, building pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies across departments.

You will manage candidate experience, track key metrics, and ensure compliance with GDPR and local laws. Fluency in English and Polish is required, with Workday experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting for volume roles.
• Experience with Workday HR platform for workflows, candidate tracking and reporting is preferred.
• Proficiency in assessing and screening candidates.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), especially Workday.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English and Polish (C2) with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: responsibility for significant volume recruitment in Banking Operational/Risk roles.
• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management: ensure target headcount through handling large numbers of applications.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Experience: maintain clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: monitor labor market trends and salary benchmarks in financial services.
