Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a delivery-focused leader to head Partner Operations across Europe, owning the partner relationship and end-to-end operational delivery. You will guide large European teams through senior leaders, ensuring performance, capacity and quality against targets.

You will own governance, escalation handling and roadmap alignment with the broader operations strategy, while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture and driving automation and digitisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing partner, client or third-party relationships.
• Experience leading operational teams with SLA and capacity planning.
• Track record of delivering strategic targets and driving automation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; knowledge of payments or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of Partner Operations across Europe.
• Set direction and roadmap for the area aligned with strategy.
• Maintain SLAs and KPIs with focus on service delivery.
• Oversee partner governance and action plans.
• Serve as senior escalation point for major issues.
• Plan capacity, forecast workload and protect service levels.
• Drive daily performance management and reduce errors.
• Champion an automation-first approach.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology on launches and readiness.
• Maintain strong risk and control environment.
• Present performance and plans to senior leaders.
• Lead and develop managers and build an inclusive team.
