Responsibilities

• Registering and onboarding contracts into internal contract management platforms.
• Supporting a project involving the registration and review of approximately 100+ contracts.
• Maintaining and validating contractual and supplier data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders, contract managers, business owners, and service providers to gather required information.
• Supporting contract lifecycle activities, including onboarding, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Monitoring and updating contract records and related governance information.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives within Third Party Management.
