Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking an Equipment Services EMEA Customer Service Specialist based in Kraków, Poland, on-site. You will coordinate service processes, open work orders, and deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.

Fluent English and Polish are required; German is a plus. You bring prior customer-service experience, and you are proficient with MS Office and multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Written and spoken fluency in English.
• Polish proficiency and any additional European language (German desirable).
• Experience in client/customer service and logistics planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience working with multiple systems.
• German language skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely communication with Regional Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, Service Sales, Finance, Sales, customers and partners.
• Open service requests and dispatch work orders for repairs and maintenance.
• Support inventory activities and activate contracts in internal systems.
• Deliver excellent service to internal and external customers by building strong relationships and prompt responses.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain service quality and adhere to SLAs.
