Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking an Equipment Services EMEA Customer Service Specialist based in Kraków, Poland, on-site. You will coordinate service processes, open work orders, and deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.

Fluent English and Polish are required; German is a plus. You bring prior customer-service experience, and you are proficient with MS Office and multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Written and spoken fluency in English.
• Polish proficiency and any additional European language (German desirable).
• Experience in client/customer service and logistics planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience working with multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely communication with Regional Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, Service Sales, Finance, Sales, customers and partners.
• Open service requests and dispatch work orders for repairs and maintenance.
• Support inventory activities and activate contracts in internal systems.
• Deliver excellent service to internal and external customers by building strong relationships and prompt responses.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain service quality and adhere to SLAs.

The Equipment Services EMEA Customer Service Specialist for Cytiva is responsible Providing excellent customer Service for both internal and external stakeholders with our Equipment Delivery Services.

This position is part of the EMEA Equipment Services Team, role will be located in Krakow, Poland and will be fully on-site.

What you will do:

• Coordinate timely communication throughout the service process with Regional Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, Service Sales, Finance, Sales, customers, and commercial partners.
• Open service requests and promptly dispatch work orders for corrective repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Support physical inventory activities and activate contracts within internal systems.
• Deliver excellent service to internal and external customers by building strong relationships and responding to queries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate flexibly with the team to maintain and improve service quality, ensuring responsibilities are completed in line with agreed service levels and standard operating procedures.

Who you are:

• Written and spoken fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Polish and any additional European language, such as German
• Previous client and customer service experience, planning logistical
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
