Job summary

IN Groupe is seeking an HR Operations professional to lead the German payroll across three legal entities, based in Łódź. You will coordinate inputs, validate documentation and collaborate with German payroll providers to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery.

You will maintain HR data and contracts, support managers, and help standardize HR processes across the German organization while occasional travel to Germany is required. Fluent German (B2) and English are essential.

• Experience in HR administration and employee documentation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy across multiple entities
• Ability to build relationships with employees, managers and external partners

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly German payroll across three entities
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with German payroll providers for timely payroll delivery
• Manage payroll inquiries, corrections and controls
• Support payroll reporting, year-end activities and audits
• Maintain HR administration across the employee lifecycle
• Prepare employment contracts and related documentation
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR systems
• Provide managers and employees with operational HR support
• Standardize HR and payroll processes across Germany
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT and external partners
• Travel to Germany a few times per year
