Job summary

HRK S.A. is seeking an experienced payroll professional to coordinate payroll activities across the EMEA region. You will work closely with external payroll service providers in multiple countries to ensure compliant and timely payroll execution.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in European payroll, fluency in English and Polish, and strong knowledge of payroll systems. You will partner with HR and Finance to optimize processes and deliver accurate payroll insights.

Job description

Do you have experience managing payroll processes in an international environment and a strong understanding of payroll operations across European markets? We are looking for an experienced professional who will be responsible for coordinating payroll activities across the EMEA region and working closely with external payroll service providers in multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee payroll processing activities for employees across EMEA countries.
• Collaborate closely with external payroll vendors and monitor the quality and effectiveness of their services.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Review, validate, and analyze payroll and HR data submitted to external payroll providers.
• Support the resolution of complex payroll-related issues, including compensation, taxation, and employee benefits matters.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and local stakeholders across the region to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Prepare payroll reports, analyses, and management summaries.
• Participate in projects aimed at optimizing, standardizing, and improving payroll processes across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll processing across multiple European countries.
• Hands‑on experience managing payroll operations for various European markets and working in a multi‑country environment.
• Proven experience working with external payroll vendors and coordinating payroll activities at a regional level.
• Experience in managing payroll processes in Poland.
• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level) and Polish is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, payroll processes, and regulations related to payroll administration.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with payroll software.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce would be considered a strong advantage.
