Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Gdansk, Poland seeks an HR Associate to join the EMEA HR Solutions Center, handling inquiries and administering regional HR programs and reporting.

You will answer HR questions across channels, guide on policies, promote Workday self-service, and process transactions; Italian language is required. This is a permanent role with a modern, well-located office and friendly work culture.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian; strong customer-facing communication.
• HR experience or recent graduate ready to start in HR.
• Process improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HR inquiries across channels (email, phone, case system).
• Provide guidance on HR policies (EPR, goals, merit/talent reviews), escalating as needed.
• Promote self-service tools like Workday and support user accountability.
• Process and audit employee transactions in Workday.
• Support key HR initiatives, training logistics, and communications.
• Drive process improvements in HR services and inquiries.
• Handle general admin tasks and update clients on delivery expectations.
