Job summary

Arrow Electronics, Inc. in Gdansk, Poland seeks a Project Manager, HR Technology to lead global HRIS initiatives across multiple work streams. You will partner with HR COEs and BUs to design, configure and roll out HRIS solutions while managing scope, budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of HRIS experience, works well with global stakeholders, and excels in communication and change management. This full-time role offers growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Hands-on Experience in HRT or HRIS.
• Familiar with SDLC, requirements gathering, UAT, deployments.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration across regions.

Responsibilities

• Leads moderate to high complexity global HRIS projects with multiple work streams.
• Partners with HR COEs and other BUs.
• Defines requirements, designs and rolls out HRIS solutions.
• Manages scope, milestones, and resources across regions.
