Job summary

Air Liquide in Krakow is seeking an Employee EDM/Senior EDM Specialist with German to join our HR BSC Europe (Krakow Satellite). You will be the central contact for employee HR inquiries, resolve complex issues, and support HR processes using Workday, while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with SMEs to ensure accurate resolutions.

The role requires 1-2 years in HR service delivery, fluency in English and German, and a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in HR service delivery or similar role.
Fluent in English and German; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Be the central point of contact for employee HR inquiries via ticketing, live chat, and phone.
Independently resolve a wide range of HR inquiries using policies and resources.
Provide guidance to junior team members and escalate complex issues as needed.
Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accurate and timely resolutions of HR concerns.
Generate reports on service delivery performance as required by management.
Manage employee data in Workday and perform data manipulation to support HR processes.
Support other HR functions such as benefits, administration, and payroll.
