Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Gdańsk, Poland is hiring a Payroll Analyst to support end-to-end payroll operations for 34 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with a focus on the CEE region. You will work with external partners, ensure data accuracy, prepare reports, and respond to employee queries in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in payroll, fluent English, strong MS Excel skills and a detail-oriented, organized mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of payroll or related experience.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
• Fluent in English.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, conscientious, and able to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end payroll processes with external partners.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll input data; collect, check, reconcile.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll output data and payment/booking files.
• Provide payroll output data to Finance in a timely manner.
• Administer Time Tracking and Absence Management; prepare reports for Payroll, Audit, HR and Finance.
• Resolve employee queries or coordinate solutions with payroll vendor.
• Collaborate with various departments across the company.
• Participate in payroll-related projects for the region.
