Job summary

Air Liquide in Krakow is seeking an Employee EDM/Senior EDM Specialist with German for our HR BSC Europe (Krakow Satellite). You will be the primary contact for HR inquiries, resolving complex issues, and guiding junior team members while collaborating with GPOs to ensure timely, accurate HR service delivery.

You will manage employee data in Workday, perform data updates (leave balances, mass uploads) and support benefits, payroll, and other HR functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 1–2 years in HR service delivery or similar role.
• Strong HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Organized, able to work independently and with a team.
• MS Office and HRIS experience (Workday).
• Mass data uploads experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Be the central point of contact for employee HR inquiries across channels.
• Independently resolve a wide range of HR inquiries using policies and resources.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
• Own complex employee issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with GPOs to resolve complex concerns.
• Identify gaps and improve the knowledge base for self-service.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to performance reports.
• Manage employee data in Workday ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Perform data manipulations in Workday to support HR processes.
• Support other HR functions such as benefits, administration, and payroll.
• Execute mass data uploads into the system.
