Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with CMS/DXP experience to join our Delivery Team. You will document client needs, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with business and technical stakeholders to ensure a successful solution.

You will run workshops, assess options, and collaborate with developers, testers, and end users to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
Hands-on BA on web content management (CMS) or DXP projects (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, or similar).
Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial workflows, or content migrations.

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability.
Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
Present proposals to clients.
Work with a scrum / delivery team through to go live.
Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies.
Provide estimates for analysis work and plans in conjunction with PMs.
Communicate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
