Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for our Poland-based eCommerce team. You will lead complex, budget-conscious projects with agile methods, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

You will work with CMS/DXP projects (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco) and translate client requirements into actionable plans. Strong English communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven software development Project Management experience.
• Experience in eCommerce projects, ideally in retail.
• Hands-on CMS/DXP experience with platforms like Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects using Agile methodologies.
• Provide status reporting on milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple workstreams and interdependencies to ensure delivery.
• Guide teams, improve delivery processes, and mentor junior project managers.
• Keep tight control of budgets and resource plans; chair reviews with senior stakeholders.
