Job summary

Sonova Group in Poland is seeking an HR Services Administrator (with Dutch) to deliver first-level HR support, respond to employee inquiries, and perform basic transactional processing with accuracy.

You will input data into the HRIS, generate standard reports, and support HR processes while collaborating with teams to improve service delivery. A customer-service mindset and strong organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum commercial training completed.
• 1–2 years of HR experience or administrative support in HR.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level HR support to employees and line managers.
• Respond to internal HR inquiries and perform standard transactions.
• Update HRIS and document activities in the system.
• Generate basic HR reports and metrics.
• Collaborate on HR processes and optimizations.
