Job summary

Sonova in Warsaw is seeking an HR Services Trainee to join the EMEA HR Services team and gain hands-on experience across HR processes, systems, and employee communications.

You will support day-to-day HR activities, review cases, prepare documents, and contribute to HR content in the CMS, ServiceNow, and other tools as you learn.

Ideal candidates are curious, well-organized, fluent in English and German or Dutch at B2 level, and able to work 3–5 days per week from the Warsaw office.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Services EMEA team with day-to-day HR administration and tasks.
• Review incoming HR cases and assign to the appropriate HR Administrator or Specialist.
• Respond to HR questions via cases and chat with guidance from the wider team.
• Prepare HR documents using templates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Create and update HR articles and employee communications for the HR Portal (CMS).
• Work with HR systems such as ServiceNow to gain practical case-management experience.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date HR information and documentation.
