Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a customer support associate in Poland to assist customers by phone, chat, and e-mail. You will help with travel changes, provide information on flights and services, and support partners with pricing and policies.

A dynamic, multinational environment awaits with training and progression opportunities. Applicants should have Dutch C1 and English B2 proficiency, strong computer skills, and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at C1 level and English at B2 level in spoken and written form.
• Excellent technical skills including MS Office, browsers and general computer literacy.
• Positive energy and enjoyment in communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Previous experience in customer service, digital service platforms and CRM tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers via phone, chat and e-mail (inbound and outbound).
• Assist customers with travel difficulties and changes to reservations, including time, destination and personal data updates.
• Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services.
• Contribute to the success of our client and handle cancellations and refunds.
