Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Business Development Representative in Barcelona to drive outbound sales in the Benelux market. You will engage C-level prospects, map technical needs to GCP solutions, and generate SQOs while hitting quarterly quotas.

You'll join a global leadership team with a modern seafront office, relocation support, and ongoing training and career progression. Fluency in Dutch (C2) and English (C1) is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound IT sales and B2B lead generation.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and pipeline management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Identify pain points and map requirements to Google Cloud Platform solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and meet outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce CRM.
