Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Barcelona is seeking a Business Development Representative for Google Cloud products to drive SQOs in the Benelux region. You will engage C-level prospects via high-volume outbound calls and emails, map pain points to GCP solutions, and contribute to regional growth with a structured sales process.

This full-time role offers a base salary of €23,876.19 gross per year plus a performance bonus up to €3,407.56, and relocation assistance including one month of Barcelona

Qualifications

• Languages: Dutch (C2) and English (C1) written and spoken.
• Experience: Outbound IT cold calling, B2B lead generation, and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Technical & regional knowledge: Cloud computing (GCP preferred) and Benelux market dynamics including GDPR.
• Education: BA/BS degree or 20+ months of relevant practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Discover business pain points and map technical requirements to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and daily/weekly outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce CRM.
